We collect the following datas from you at the time of the booking : Your name, address, email address, your mobile phone number, flight details, and accommodation details in your resort, your card details ( when you are making the booking online yourselves, we can NOT see or store any of your debit/credit card details as you are connected to the secure card payment gateway of the bank we work with and your card details can NOT be viewed and stored in anyway via SSL Security certificates , your card details you provide when booking over the phone can NOT be stored as we process the payment over the phone for you via the Banks interface, your card details you provide via online chat help line and whatsapp are destroyed in daily basis by an automated system as we receive more chat requests and whatsapp conversations, Whether you make the booking on the phone or via chat help line or Whatsapp line, you are asked if you authorise the payment and once we see your message "YES" or " I DO AUTHORISE" we process your payment on your behalf )

Once your booking is finalised / completed the cookies our website receives from your browser are automaticly deleted from the cache of the server.

A Simple example: You make a search for an airport transfer on the search box located on the home page of our website saw the prices on the search results page, but didnt process with the booking and surfed back to the home page, the search box will remember the data you have entered to make the search such as the airport name, resort name, your travel dates, these are to help to give you better surfing experience on our website.
